Charli was a "lil stinker" for Halloween. We did so many fun things. We went to the high school for the annual trick or treat fest where they decorate the classrooms from fun to very scary. Charli had her first pieces of candy; dots and sour patch kids. I definitely had the movie ready for those faces, she loved it! We also went to the South Barrington ArBOOretum for trick or treating to all the stores. They had a petting zoo, horse hay rides, face painting, hair coloring, games, and much more. Charli was a terrific trick or treater she would put down her soccer ball basket, hold out her hand for the candy then place it in her basket. She would then pick up her basket and waddle on to the next. She waived goodbye every time! She was by far the cutest kid in town! Halloween itself was a cold rainy night but that didn't stop Charli from giving out candy. I am pretty sure every time the doorbell rings for the next few months she is going to think we give out candy!!!
